Wine from organic agriculture

Production Area: Hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano.

Grapes: Glera 100%.

Vinification: The first phase includes a traditional white wine vinification, keeping the temperatures between 15-17 °C in order to preserve the quality of the grapes. In a second moment, it is implemented the natural fermentation in tanks of stainless steel at a controlled temperature for at least 60 days.

Total acidity: 5,4 gr/lt
