Area of production: Province of Treviso.
The grapes: 100% Cabernet sauvignon.
Vinification: classic red. The fermentation takes place in contact between the pomace and the must, for 6-10 days in order to extract more tannins from the skins. Is to separate the solid part from the liquid part. The pomace will be used for the Grappa, the liquid part will sharpen in the tanks of stainless steel and then bottled.

Total acidity: 5,3 gr/l
S02: 60 mg/l
Color: dark Red intense.
Flavour: Vinous, slightly herbaceous aroma, reminiscent of a gentle perfume of violet.
Perfume: Intense aroma chocolate and blackberry jam.
Food pairing: Ideal with savory dishes, vegetarian and/or vegan, such as soups with legumes.
Service temperature: 16 °C.
