Vinification: The grapes are harvested they are destemmed and softly pressed. The musts obtained are placed in steel containers where a controlled temperature is the wine-making process. The wine is placed in autoclaves of stainless steel for the sparkling process that lasts for at least 90 days.

Storage: in a cool and dark
