Altitude: 150-250 mt/above sea level

Average Age of the Vines: 30 years

Planting Density: 3.000 vines per hectare

Exposure: South-West

Type of Soil: mostly chalky, clayey-calcareous, rich in skeleton

Period of Harvest: First fortnight of October, manual harvest

Vinification: crushing and destemming of the grapes; fermentation at controlled temperature between 25-32°C

Maceration: 9 days with daily pumping overs

Ageing: in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
