Notes: For the production of this wine is the pride of the Umbrian Land, using Sagrantino grapes (100%) obtained from grapes selected from the vineyards owned by the Winery Tudernum.
The skins are left to macerate for 18 / 22 days, after which the time comes for the drawing, in which it separates the wine from the marc (the skins, exhausted).
To give greater harmony and roundness to the wine, this is placed in barriques of French oak, where it will be kept for a minimum of 1 year. The refinement of the overall then, considering also that in the bottle lasts for a minimum of 33 months.
The result is a wine very intense in both nose and in the mouth. For its organoleptic characteristics it is recommended for pairing with dishes very structured, such as game meat or very aged cheese and spicy.
