Vinification: long maceration on the vinacee

Ageing: matured for 36 months, 18 of which in oak barrels and 18 in bottle

Tasting notes:

  • color: intense ruby red with garnet reflections
  • scent: ripe fruits with typical spicy aromas
  • taste: rightly tannic, with high body and structure

Notes: for the production of this wine is the pride of the Umbrian Land, using Sagrantino grapes (100%) obtained from grapes selected from the vineyards owned by the Winery Tudernum

The skins are left to macerate for 18-22 days, after which the time comes for the drawing, in which it separates the wine from the marc (the skins, exhausted)

The result is a wine very intense in both nose and in the mouth
