Harvest Period: 15 September - 5 October

Vinification: maceration on the skins vary from 18 to 22 days. In the end, the wine is placed in barriques of French oak, where it will be refined for approximately 18 months

Tasting Notes:

  • colour: ruby red with purple reflections
  • nose: ripe fruits with note of vanilla
  • taste: soft, structured, with a final pleasantly tannic

Notes: from San Fidenzio, Bishop and Martyr, from which it takes its name also to an Abbey built around the year 1000 near Massa Martana
