Notes: The territory of Umbria, with its rolling hills, the continental climate, rainy in the spring, dry and sunny in the summer, creates the right conditions for the ripening of the Merlot grapes. Put in the bottle for the “experiment” in the mid - ’80s, the Merlot is now one of our biggest reasons of pride and its quality is recognized at international level. A careful vinification and then the short maturation in wood give a wine that is structured, but the character is still young.
