Tasting notes:

  • color: intense straw yellow with golden reflections
  • perfume: intense fruity with flavor of honey and caramel, very persistent
  • taste: tasty, with balanced acidity, soft, very persistent on the palate with a mild aftertaste, typical of almonds

Notes: For the production of this wine uses grapes of Grechetto di Todi (100%) obtained exclusively from vineyards of our area, selected by the staff of the wine production of the Cellar.

At the time of the conferment in the Cellar, the grapes are loaded into our presses, which permit a soft pressing to obtain only the best of the grape.

To further characterize this great wine is racked, the clear obtained in new Barriques (French oak barrels (medium toast) and triggered the alcoholic fermentation, which lasts on average from 20 to 25 days with a temperature cost of approximately 14-15 °C.

The end result is a structured product (thanks to the contribution of the wood), but at the same time fine and elegant.
