Vinification: alcoholic Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation takes place in barrique, where the wine matures for 18 months and refined and then in the bottle for a further 12 months

  • nose: characterized by aromas of cherry jam, black currant and blackberry. Intriguing, there are notes of spices and vanilla.
