Cultivation System: Guyot and spurred cordon

Harvest: by hand in boxes, by mid-October
Vinification: destemming and soft pressing of the grapes; fermentation and maceration at a controlled temperature, partly in steel and partly in oak casks of French oak for about 15 days with numerous pumpovers and delestages
Maturation: in French oak barrels of 35 Hl for about 12/16 months
Refinement: in bottle for at least 6 months
