Tasting notes: intense ruby red colour with violet reflections; the aroma typical of ripe red fruits, with particular hints of blueberries. Full flavor, full bodied, with round tannins, good acidity, persistent with a fruity finish.
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.
Service temperature: 16° - 18° C.
Combinations: It accompanies risottos with vegetables and spices, barbecued red meats.
