Climate: mediterranean, with mild winters and very hot summers. The rains are rather scarce and concentrated in the autumn and winter months. Frequent winds, especially from the North-west

Soil: Calcareous, sandy and clayey

Breeding system of the vines: guyot - 5.000 vines per hectare

Yield of grapes per hectare: ql. 70/80

Wine yield per hectare: hl. 55/60

Production: 6500 bottles

Harvest: Manual with selection of the grapes, collected in boxes.

Tasting notes:

  • colour: Straw-coloured tending to greenish, brilliant
  • scent: Delicately fruity and floral, with intense mineral notes. Dry taste, sapid and enveloping. The structure supports the high content of alcohol.
  • taste: The palate confirms the notes of fruit with a good taste and olfactory persistence.

Pairings: The I Sea,' it goes well with appetizers and sea food dishes. Excellent with seafood and lobster, a dish typical of the tradition of alghero. To appreciate better if not too cold, when it releases the scents of the sea that surrounds the vineyards from which it is produced.
