Harvest: by hand in the third week of September (late harvest)

Vinification: pre-fermentation maceration at 10°C for 6 hours, temperature-controlled fermentation at 13°C for 25 days in steel tanks

Aging: after fermentation the wine rests on fine lees in steel tanks for at least 3 months

Tasting Notes:

  • colour: straw yellow with golden reflections
  • nose: intense and captivating aromas of tropical fruit, white flowers such as jasmine, mediterranean herbs and traces of balsamic
  • taste: harmonious and enveloping supported by good acidity; excellent persistence
