Vinification: soft Pressing with maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Tasting notes: yellow Colour, crystal clear with some golden reflections. The nose is intense, dominated by notes of yellow fruit (ripe apricot). Pleasant softness in the mouth, with aromas of ripe fruit, while retaining a touch of freshness.
Alcohol Content: 12,5% Vol.
Serving temperature: 8° - 10° C.
Food pairings: as an aperitif, with appetizers, grilled fish, white meats.
