Exposure: South - East, with 360-degree rotation, typical of the apex of the Piedmontese hills, called "Bricchi"

Yield per hectare: 55 quintals, severe thinning in the vineyard
Harvest Period: around mid-October, however influenced by the climatic conditions of the year
Vinification: pressing; fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature between 28-30°C for 10-12 days, until the complete fermentation, frequent pumping-over and subsequent malolactic fermentation; then pouring into oak barrels for refinement
Aging: 16-18 months in large Slavonian 25 hl oak barrels
Aging Potential: long-life wine that matures slowly and constantly in bottle even after several decades
