Altitude: between 280 and 300 mt a.s.l.

Cultivation System: guyot

Yield per Hectare: 80 hundredweight, severe thinning in the vineyard

Harvest: first ten days of September

Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature between 24-26°C for 8-10 days, frequent pumping over and then malolactic fermentation

Aging: in stainless steel vats for 6 months

  • nose: intense, fruity aromas such as blackberries pulp and wild violets
  • taste: harmonious and complex balance of fresh fruit with the right dose of tannins, almond note in the long finish
