Rugiada Colline Novaresi Bianco Doc

Classification: Colline Novaresi DOC Bianco

Production Area: High Piedmont, in Bogogno (Novara)

Vinification: after grapestalks are removed,  the wine is put to refrigerate for 24-36 hours at 4°C; The must is then separated from the skins and proceed the fermentation at a temperature of 15°C for 20-25 days; no malolactic

Aging: 6 months in stainless steel tanks; at least 3 months in bottle

Tasting Notes:

  • colour: bright straw yellow
  • nose: white flowers, ripe yellow fruits and a hint of almonds typical of the grape variety
  • taste: fresh, minerals hints, typical almond note, persistent
