Harvest Period: mid-October

Vinification: the must ferments on the skins for 10-15 days at a controlled temperature not exceeding 30°C with pumping over 4/6 times a day

Aging: after fermentation the wine is transferred into large Slavonian oak barrels for 2 years; it is bottled on the month of August of the third year after harvesting; then 10-12 months in bottle

Tasting Notes:

  • colour: ruby red with garnet reflections
  • nose: intense with pleasant scents of underbrush; spicy and tobacco notes
  • taste: dry, warm, velvety, full, harmonious, rightly tannic; enveloping, persistent and pleasant sensations in the aftertaste
