The lemon oil is not to be considered a flavored oil or a sauce of oil and citrus, as the production process is unique and singular, such as to obtain an elixir of oil to which the aromatic essences contained in the skins of the lemons give it a refined and elegant aroma.
This oil contains no added perfumes or other additives and is not subjected to filtration but only to natural settling.
it can be used in sauces, vinaigrettes and dressings, and meat and fish. it is excellent for seasoning pickled blue fish, crustaceans and molluscs, and for cakes that require the use of lemon peels. Refined in the preparation of pasta dishes.
