Production Area: South of Lake Garda and close to the Moraine Hill at an altitude of 50 meters above sea level
Yield per Hectare: 90/100 quintals per hectare
Type of Soil: plain with the soil strongly calcareous clay, rich in mineral salts
Period of Harvest: first ten days of October, manual harvesting in small crates
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes with maceration on the skins in stainless steel
Ageing: 15 to 18 months in steel barrels. Bottling in may of the second year following the harvest. Will be put on the market after about 12 months rest in the bottle.
