Classification: Garda Denomination of Controlled Origin.
Production area: south of Lake Garda and close to the Moraine Hill at an altitude of 50 meters above sea level
Grapes: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Yield per Hectare: 90/100 quintals per hectare
The characteristics of the Terrain: plain with the soil strongly calcareous clay, rich in mineral salts
Period of Harvest: First ten days of October, manual harvesting in small crates.
Vinification: soft Pressing of the grapes with maceration on the skins in stainless steel.
Ageing: 15 to 18 months in steel barrels. Bottling in may of the second year following the harvest. Will be put on the market after about 12 months rest in the bottle.
Tasting notes: a wine of high quality, bright ruby-red. In his perfume stand out aromatic notes of herbaceous. The palate is highlight the feelings of black fruit. Fine structure and harmonious.
