Vinification: the grapes, after careful selection, undergo, immediately after the manual harvest, soft pressing. The must obtained is left decanting and then fermented at a controlled temperature in steel barrels, in which it remains to develop until the time of bottling.
Alcohol content: 13 % vol
Serving suggestions: excellent as an aperitif, well-suited for the preparation of some cocktails. Accompanies appetizers, first courses, fish dishes and crustaceans.
