Vinification: after careful selection of the grapes most ripe, the grapes are gathered in crates and left to dry until December. After pressing, the wine obtained is left to ferment and mature in barriques of Allier , until you stabilize in a natural way. At this point, the “nectar” can be bottled. Wine produced only in excellent vintages and in very limited quantity.
