Vinification: after careful selection, the grapes most rippen are gathered in crates and left to dry until December; after pressing, the wine obtained is left to ferment and mature in barriques of Allier , until stabilization in a natural way; then the “nectar” can be bottled. Wine produced only in excellent vintages and very limited quantity
