Tasting notes: straw Yellow with greenish reflections, on the nose it releases aromas gently fruity citrus, jasmine, broom, acacia. In the mouth it reveals its fine, fruity and elegant.

Serving suggestions: Ideal as an aperitif, scallops, filet of sole, sweetbreads with cream, white meat.
