Vinification: The grapes before the pressing is not the grape comes squeezed. Use of modern vinification in stainless steel. It has a long maceration of 21 days combined with punching down and delestage. The fermentation takes place with selected yeasts for 12 days, then proceed to pressing, decantation and fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation.
Maturation: 9 months in stainless steel tanks to allow the wine to enter and complete in the scents.
Ageing: Minimum 4 months in bottle.
Color: Red or deep purple.
Smell: Aromas of violet and ripe plum, vanilla and pepper; the evolution in the glass, the door tones of blueberries and spices toasted.
Palate: Warm and of the body, gives pleasant sensations of red fruit. The structure is typical of this great grape variety.
Food pairings: Game, stewed meat and strong flavours.
