Harvest time: second half of September.
Maceration: part of the grapes are criomacerate (the de-stemmed grapes are placed in a bathtub and taken to a temperature of 5° C) for twelve hours.
Vinification: the remaining part is vinified in white (must is immediately separated from the grape stalk from the skins by soft pressing).
Fermentation: in steel tanks temperature-controlled.
Elevation: in stainless steel vats.
Bottling: in the month of June.

Tasting notes: The Verduzzo Friulano is a sweet wine, golden yellow in color, with aromas of rich complex aromas of apricot, peach, bees ’ wax, and pastry cream. He has very strong personality, is slightly tannic and sturdy body, all the elements blended in a perfect amalgam that does not make him never cloying.
Pairings: it is traditionally the bride with a sweet dry, with a soft pulp, and with the tarts. Also suitable with aged cheeses, prosciutto and figs, or sipped as a wine for meditation.
Mesc: 10 - 12 degrees in large goblets.
The capacity for evolution in bottle: 6 years.
