Tasting notes: The Pinot Grigio is a grape variety that you must consider it as a color variation of pinot noir; it is the fruit that is a mutation of the blood relative to black grapes, which has found in Friuli favourable environmental conditions. The Pinot gris is vinified in white wine has a straw-yellow colour. The bouquet is distinguished and marked, recalls the nutmeg and acacia flowers, elegant and fresh. The taste, delicate and fine, is dry, gentle, full, pleasantly bitterish, with a notable hint of artemisia.
Pairings: very versatile at the table, ranging from cold meats, preferring the ham, fatty fish, cooked on the grill or stew, pasta with tomato and basil or eggplant, the potato gnocchi to the sauce until the white meat.
Glass: 8 - 10 degrees in the glasses for white important.
