Tasting notes: The Cabernet Franc is a wine with a strong character, the blood red colour with a purplish rim it is made to appear in his manhood. The scent is vinous, reminiscent of raspberries and almonds but are distinguished by the tones of herbaceous inimitable reminiscent of the freshly cut hay. With the time it acquires spicy nuances that make it more aristocratic and complete.
Pairings: the taste is dry, full and a little tannic structure make it suitable for wild game, pork, grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
