Vinification technique: Traditional white. Maceration for 10/12 hours. Thermo-regulated fermentation in stainless steel tanks and ageing for 8 months. Bottled in April and aged in the bottles lying down for about 30 days.

Notes on flavour and bouquet: The wine has a delicate bouquet and aroma reminiscent of the elderflower and sage. Taste elegant and velvety.
