Period of harvest: September

Vinification technique: Traditional white, with maceration on the skins for 10-12 hours. Soft pressing and fermentation of 50% of the product in stainless steel tanks, thermo-regulated and the remaining 50% in large casks (20Hl oak for 8 months. Bottled in April and aged in the bottles lying down for 30 days.

Visual aspect: straw yellow

Notes on flavour and bouquet: The wine is dry with pleasant bouquet and persuasive.

Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.

Food pairings: aperitif Wine, suitable for appetizers, and fish dishes .
