Production Areas: Franciacorta (Brescia), vineyards located in località Sella di Monticelli Brusati

Yeld per Hectare: 90-100 hundredweight

Planting Density: 4.000-5.000 vines per hectare trained with spurred cordon

Vineyard: natural, organic fertilization; Biological pest control

Type of Soil: hillslides and hill bases with South South-West exposure; thick soil, richy mineral, primarily clavey with good moisture supply

Harvest: in Autumn to maximize sugar contents and varietal aromas; the harvest is done by hand with selection of the grapes

Vinification: destemming and pressing in steel tanks; fermentation and maceration on the skins for different time depending on the variety grapes

Aging: in large Slavonian oak casks and in barriques for 8-10 months; bottling after over 3 years from harvest

Best Drunk: after 5 years from bottling
