Maturation: bottled (tirage) in spring next year of harvest; - fermentation and re-fermentation in the bottle, with selected yeasts, and subsequent aging on the same for a minimum of 42 months in cellars at a constant temperature of between 12° and 15°.

Tasting Notes: Villa Franciacorta Cuvette Brut millesimato presents golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage. The nose is intense and intriguing, feelings of crusty soft bread alternate, fruit and sweet spices. Has great structure and remarkable softness
