Vinification: The grapes, after careful organoleptic analysis and subject to the control, are collected and pressed in a soft way, followed by the static clarification of cold wort and subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14-16 °C.

Fermentation and Aging: II wine is rifermentato at a controlled temperature in autoclaves of stainless steel leaving the wine matured on the lees for at least 4 months, during which it acquires the typical bouquet.

Organoleptic description: straw yellow Wine with typical flowery and fruity bouquet of green apple. The taste is lively, fresh with typical aftertaste, slightly aromatic.

Serving temperature: 8°C
