Vinification: after careful organoleptic analysis and control, the grapes are collected and pressed in a soft way, followed by the static clarification of cold wort and subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C

Fermentation and Aging: the wine is refermentated at a controlled temperature in stainless steel autoclaves leaving it maturing on the lees for at least 4 months, during which it acquires the typical bouquet
