Notes: Decidedly Mediterranean for its spices and ripening of the fruit, a truffle, which is at the same time powerful and subtle, and looks like nothing else!
In search of wealth, the complexity and the tension of the mineral, the blend of this cuvée in particular can change from year to year. Two areas are particularly exceptional: Bech (in the south), with a Viognier bright and Brousson (in the north) with its Roussanne incredibly mineral.
