Grapes: 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah

Soil characteristics: The soil is clayey-sandy, with rocks or pebbles rolled, heated from the sun, which providentially spread a sweet heat to promote ripening.
Harvest: Manual with selection of the bunches in small crates.
Vinification: crushing and stemming with soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, max 28° C.
Ageing: In oak barrels and then in bottle.
The maximum Expression of Drink: up to 5 years
Tasting notes: red color with violet reflections, the nose intense aromas of red fruit, elegant taste, velvety, with hints of liquorice and the final is pleasantly spicy.
Alcohol Content: 14% Vol.
Service temperature: 16° - 18° C.
Food pairings: meat Dishes are particularly tasty as venison garnished with sauces, fillet steak with green pepper or spicy chicken, as well as aged cheeses.
