The characteristics of the Soil: Limestone covered with red soil and pebbles.

Vinification: soft Pressing, maceration and fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature for a period of three months. The 20% of the wine makes a passage in oak barrels.

Fining: cold Stabilization during the winter, clarification and bottling in the spring.

Tasting notes: color light gold, the nose prevail aromas of straw, fruit, very ripe. The palate is fresh and complex, full and persistent.
