Type of Soil: limestone marl with marine sediments subsequently emerged with the settling of the earth's crust

Vinification: traditional in stainless steel vats; malolactic fermentation; second fermentation in bottle on the lees for 30/36 months; addition of the 10% of red wine in the assemblage

Tasting Notes:

  • colour: wonderful coppery pink, crystal clear; fine perlage and persistent
  • nose: ample, beautiful notes of red pulp of small fruits, strawberry, cherry and just picked red berries; floral notes coexist with perceptions of toasted and vanilla
  • taste: structure, fresh vitality and long persistence
