Production Area: Villers-Marmery

Type of Soil: limestone marl of marine sediments subsequently emerged with the settling of the earth's crust

Harvest: manual in small containers

Vinification: soft pressing, malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at

controlled temperature; second fermentation in bottle with selected yeasts

for 48 months, disgorged 6 months before being put on the market with the addition

of the liquer d'expedition; 40% of the wine is vinified in barriques
