Tasting notes: the eye is dark ruby red with a dense violet reflection. The nose confirms a young man, with small berries, red currant and blackberry, candy rose, sweet spices and licorice. The mouth is also full of pleasant freshness and uvosità, surrounded by a tannin, long and consistent.
Serving suggestions: pasta dishes with sauces robust, red meat and cold cuts, cheeses of medium seasoning.
