Vinification: The grapes, collected at the time of their full maturity,are subject to natural drying for about three months on the mats. The dried grapes are subjected to pressing and the must obtained ferments in barrique and traditional oak.
Tasting notes: The color is golden yellow tending to amber,the smell reminiscent of honey, figs and ripe apricot. Sweet to taste has a complex final. It adapts well to baking cakes,biscuits and almond, hazelnut,delicate cheeses.
