Tasting notes: straw yellow Color with greenish reflections, the nose is very complex with a predominance of aromas of fruits with white pulp, white flowers, elegant and mineral, Roundness, plenitude, richness and length characterise the mouth.
Alcohol Content: 13% Vol.
Service temperature: 10° - 12° C.
Pairings: It goes well with white meat dishes, fish dishes, preferably if with sauces.
