Vinification: soft Pressing of the grapes and fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: bottled with the addition of yeasts for the fermentation, the fermentation method champenois 18 months. Disgorged with the addition of the “liquer d'expedition” to obtain a wine that is Brut.
Tasting notes:the wine presents itself with a beautiful color is straw yellow with greenish reflections, and with a fragrance full and pronounced. The aromas are reminiscent of melon, green apple, pear, apricot, with herbaceous notes, which are structurally important to include feelings of hot, soft and enveloping on the finish and aftertaste is pleasantly cool, supported by a good acidity.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Serving temperature: 6° C.
Pairings: a View of its imposing structure, it is excellent with any fish dishes in sauce, pasta dishes and medium-aged cheeses.
Ideal as an aperitif.
