Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Vinification: soft Pressing of the grapes and fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Ageing: bottled with the addition of yeasts for the fermentation, the fermentation method champenois 18 months. Disgorged with the addition of the “liquer d'expedition” to obtain a wine that is Brut.
